Role
We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Business Partner to join our team in Lahore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has at least 6+ years of experience and a proven track record of building HR functions. The ideal candidate will be embedded in within the Business area(s) which the role supports and work closely with the leadership teams of their respective functions, supporting business strategies and plans through people solutions and programs.

The HR Business Partner reports to the Director People Operations.

What will you be doing?

  • Effectively develop & implement people plans, which align with the overall people strategy and the relevant business strategy which this role supports.
  • Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and career development, to ensure alignment with business goals and individual growth.
  • Driving employee engagement, culture, and maintaining the benchmark.
  • Handling HR operations mainly including HRIS, ATS, Total Rewards and Payroll Assistance.
  • Partner with hiring managers to attract top talent, streamline recruitment processes, and develop retention strategies that support employee growth and retention in the competitive tech landscape.
  • Generating insight from HR data and evidence – utilizing and applying the evidence base to support business objectives or strategies
  • Have a strong laison with the team - asking the right questions, crafting networks and understanding where HR can identify opportunities to create the most value.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related subject
  • Ideally someone with a minimum of 6 years of experience, preferably in a tech industry
  • A good listener of a team member’s concerns and is being empathetic. Goes the extra mile to resolve issues.
  • Familiar with modern tools, knows recent industry trends
  • Willing to get their hands dirty and dive into solving a problem, instead of delegating.
  • Experience of supporting Senior Managers in the development of their business area to ensure key business aims and objectives are achieved.
  • Desire to challenge convention and able to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment
