Role
We are looking for a data-driven and proactive People Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a mid-level role for someone with a strong foundation in technical recruitment and a passion for optimizing internal processes. You will be responsible for the full talent lifecycle, from sourcing specialized tech talent to managing learning and development (L&D) initiatives and focus on talent management and growth.
What will you be doing?
- Technical Recruitment: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles. You will be expected to understand technical requirements deeply and build a consistent pipeline of high-quality talent.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Use Google Sheets( or any tool) to track people metrics. You should be comfortable using advanced formulas to perform comparative analysis and create visual dashboards (graphs/charts) that inform decision-making.
- Learning & Development: Research, design, and implement L&D programs. You will identify skill gaps and find effective ways to foster continuous learning within the team.
- Research & Presentations: Conduct research on industry benchmarks and best practices. You will be responsible for creating professional presentations to communicate new initiatives or reports to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Actively look for ways to streamline People operations. We value a "builder" mindset—someone who identifies a bottleneck and proposes a solution before being asked.
What are we looking for?
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in a People/HR role, with at least 2 years specifically focused on technical recruitment.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Google Sheets or any similar tool.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be confident in presenting your work to various leadership levels.
- Analytical Thinking: A strong ability to look at data or a situation, identify patterns, and provide logical recommendations.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Collaborative Persona: Building high levels of trust and transparency; a competitive mindset will not work within our team structure.
