Role

We are looking for an ASO expert who will be responsible for the acquisition and organic growth of our legacy games while maximizing ROI, app downloads and ranking. The ideal candidate would have performed the operation to revive userbase across preexisting games, running multiple campaigns and derive success in the form of increased app store conversion. Furthermore, the candidate should have keen analytical skills to analyze different app store markets and provide recommendations and keyword suggestions in lieu with the competing apps. The role encircles both experienced and rising talent with the desire to explore and are results driven.

What will you be doing?

  1. ASO strategies: Develop, manage and execute best in-class ASO strategies across the App Store (Apple) and Google Play Store (Android).
  2. Store pages optimisation: Creation, maintenance and optimisation of all elements of app store presence which includes text, asset and keyword definition – in multiple languages.  
  3. A/B test strategies: Test, track and optimize A/B tests on the app stores for increased download conversion rate and increased store page traffic.
  4. Reporting: share industry trends and insights & provide accurate and insightful live and post-performance analysis to the team.
  5. KPI ownership: Organic to paid install rate, store page conversion rate, organic acquisition, uninstall rate and store ranking
  6. Organic growth strategies: Identifying, planning, executing and measuring opportunities to stimulate organic growth in an ROI positive manner.
  7. Benchmarking: Have a deep knowledge of games and the various competitors in the space, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of the competitor products, as well as identifying potential opportunities within the studio games.

What are we looking for?

  • BS any majors - Business Management preferred
  • 3+ years hands-on experience on mobile platforms
  • Strong sense on time management, result oriented
  • Strong communication skills in English; verbal and written
  • Excellent analysis skills and attention to details
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to a constantly changing environment

  • A passion for Mobile Games & Apps Marketing: A deep understanding of digital marketing, video games, and the mobile games industry, as well as an acute eye for comprehending player experience flows.
  • Player Lifecycle: Knowledge and understanding of the entire player lifecycle from discoverability/awareness, click, install conversion, on-boarding, engagement, fidelity and monetization.
