Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team and lead our live product management efforts. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the development team, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the health and success of our gaming products. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and contribute to the success and growth of our games.

What you will do

  • Manage the development team and oversee the live operations of our gaming products.
  • Identify and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track product health and performance, including ANR's, crash rates, and user feedback.
  • Liaise with the growth team to push SDK changes and implement bug fixes.
  • Collaborate with CSR to address player concerns and issues, and ensure timely bug fixes and feature development.
  • Develop and maintain CRM/Helpshift tools to enhance player support and engagement.
  • Drive feature development for live builds, including Helpshift Tool, CRM, and App Rating systems.
  • Conduct user surveys and maintain health reviews to gather feedback and insights from players.
  • Implement tools and alerts systems to maintain product health and respond to issues proactively.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze game data to refine hypotheses and improve production and business metrics.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends and drive standards for best-in-class operations and development processes.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Extensive experience in SCRUM and Agile project management disciplines.
  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and ability to interpret data to provide insights.
  • Deep technical understanding to effectively collaborate with engineers and drive product improvements.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and production schedules in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Looker for data analysis and Firebase for backend support.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving continuous improvement in product performance and user engagement.
