Role

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Artist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in both organic and inorganic modeling. The ideal candidate will be a technical, problem-solving team player who is passionate about games and dedicated to creating high-quality visuals and assets for our mobile games.

What will you be doing?

  • Create high-quality 3D models for environments, props, and other game assets.
  • Work collaboratively with the art and development teams to ensure assets meet technical and aesthetic requirements.
  • Develop and refine textures, materials, and shaders to achieve the desired look and feel for game assets.
  • Optimize models and assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
  • Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to 3D modeling and asset integration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continually improve the quality and efficiency of asset creation.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and contributing to the overall vision of the project.

What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D modeling, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling software (e.g., Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, ZBrush).
  • Strong understanding of organic and inorganic modeling techniques.
  • Experience with texturing, UV mapping, and creating high-quality materials and shaders.
  • Familiarity with game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine) and their asset pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Passion for games and a keen eye for detail and quality.
  • Experience with animation and rigging.
  • Knowledge of PBR workflows and procedural texturing.
  • Previous experience in mobile game development.
